Lisa is not only super knowledgeable and intuitive about how she approaches her clients, but she’s also an incredible communicator and has the best energy. She was a stylist at Vogue, but that doesn’t mean that her experience with consulting is limited only to the big luxury designers. She has incredible ideas, and once she gets to know who you are, and what looks great on you, her resources are broad and deep. Each time she’s come over and helped me focus my closet, it feels like I’ve had a vacation. The feeling is so liberating and cleansing. She’s very gifted at what she does - I highly recommend her!

While we’re basking in Valentine’s glow, let’s talk about your spiritual nature—your relationship to all forms of love—and how to integrate that into your health, beauty, and personal style, bridging those two worlds—the physical and the nonphysical, the material and the spiritual.
I’ve done a lot of studies, and I honestly don’t believe you have to sacrifice the physical to honor the nonphysical or that you have to be less materialistic to be more spiritual. On the contrary, indulging your desires (within reason) is the foundation for timeless beauty and radiant health.

Why do pampered intentionally nurtured women with regular facials, pilates, and well-suited clothes look so good and command attention? From what I’ve witnessed, they dare to commit the time/energy/funds necessary to support their well-being.
Whether it’s an identity shift — a career move, relationship change, or health challenge (aging, anyone?) — a style refresh, or a long-overdue realization about what you want to project, you don’t need anyone’s permission to be your whole, bold, radiant self.
Study it, own it, and stop settling for less than you deserve because you are the one you’ve been waiting for.

If your wardrobe, beauty routine, and lifestyle aren’t making you feel abundant or nurtured, it’s time to shake things up, no excuses. Watch last week’s Khaite show if you need a push towards modern ferocity but honestly, there is something for everyone and these days a model’s physique is nice but not required.
What you need is self-love.
Know this: the relationship between self-love and personal style runs deeper than surface aesthetics. It is a profound dialogue between our inner landscape and outer expression.
When we cultivate genuine self-love, our fashion choices naturally evolve into authentic reflections of our being, and remarkable personal style emerges.

I like to think of my wardrobe as a sacred space where inner worth manifests in tangible form. When we truly honor ourselves, we select pieces that resonate with our essence rather than chasing fleeting trends or seeking external validation. This might mean choosing luxurious fabrics that feel nurturing against our skin, colors that uplift our energy, or silhouettes that allow us to move through the world with grace and confidence.
The journey of developing personal style through self-love involves several layers of awareness:
First comes the gentle recognition of our body as a temple worthy of adornment.
This shifts our perspective from criticism to celebration, from "What will hide my flaws?" to "What will honor my unique beauty?"

Next emerges the courage to express our authentic selves. When we love ourselves deeply, we naturally release the need to conform to others’ expectations.
Our wardrobe becomes a creative canvas for expressing our truth rather than a shield to protect us from judgment.

Finally, we discover that greatness isn't about perfection but presence.
Self-love teaches us to dress for our current reality while holding space for our evolution. This might mean investing in quality pieces that make you feel centered and confident or playfully experimenting with new forms of expression as you grow, change, and evolve.

The most compelling fashion statements often come from those who have cultivated a loving relationship with themselves—not because they follow specific rules but because their outer appearance flows naturally from inner harmony (this is the holistic approach I focus on with my clients, beyond sourcing, fitting, and styling).
When we dress from a place of self-honor, our style becomes less about following trends and more about celebrating life.
What aspects of your health, beauty, and style routines most align with your current authentic self? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments and reach out if you have questions.
I love you ❤️ Lisa
